ProShop has been a game changer for us. We were moving away from 35+ years of a paper copy centric system and magnetic job board and we haven’t looked back. We now know we have all of the part information in one place and all of that relevant info is making it to floor. We are much more confident when estimating cost and lead time, and watching the work move though the shop in real time ensures we stay on track. We were surprised that we did not need to hire any extra bodies long term to manage the system and how it actually saves us time overall. ProShop has a module for every aspect of our business and as we continues to standardize our process and adopt the system we see the benefits very quickly. We are even currently implementing ProShop in a completely separate division of our company so they too can realize these improvements.
We had planned to on-board ProShop in the 4th Quarter 2018 and launch in 2019. A sudden in-flux of work was looking unmanageable. So in March of 2018, I requested that we move up our timeline. We launched July 2, 2018. Everyone’s workload immediately thinned out. They were sharing information and tips. After the first two months we had enough data to see that our KPIs were trending in a very positive direction. Our lead times dropped from 6-8 weeks down to 4 weeks ARO. We regularly pulled off 2 week lead times. ProShop was our secret sauce. ProShop was everything they promised it would be and more. It’s an extremely deep system that gives you customizability across the board.
So far all I can say is that you guys have put together a very very very good package. I have been under extreme duress for picking this package, by my employees and investor. We are now able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. And most importantly, I have been able to show our customers from Raytheon, Aerojet RocketDyne, Orbital ATK, SpaceX, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin the software package called ProShop we are running as they have come by to audit us over the last two months. They have all walked away impressed and we are still at the early stages. I have even shown some potential clients of ProShop as well and they too have walked away impressed!!!

We’re big fans of ProShop and the support we’ve received has been wonderful. It’s made a huge difference in our shop. ProShop is superior to all other systems I’ve dealt with so far (and I’ve seen many!) because it’s focused on what it should do and not all the extraneous items. The team at ProShop has really nailed what’s important to a busy and dynamic shop like ours. That only comes from owning your own shop, like they did. The more we use it, the more we like it, as we discover the amazing depth of really useful features you won’t find in any other ERP system.

ProShop also has helped save countless hours in preparing our AS9102 FAI packages. What used to take hours now takes us minutes, and our paperwork quality has improved at the same time. We used to have a high rate of paperwork problems, but after implementing ProShop we didn’t have a single paperwork rejection from our customers in over 6 months. I’ve worked in several different production ERP platforms over my career in aerospace manufacturing and I can attest to ProShop’s capabilities and completeness as a production/purchasing integrated platform. Yes there are other software programs available that perform some manufacturing administrative functions well. However, as an overall vertically and horizontally integrated platform, nothing I’ve seen compares to ProShop in how broad and integrated it is to the whole company.
We can’t imagine life without ProShop! Adion Systems has been great to work with as well. ProShop is completely integrated at our main facility with every employee utilizing it on a daily basis. We have virtually eliminated tribal knowledge, maximizing effectiveness and allowing us to focus on the most profitable work.
We are currently in the process of replacing multiple management systems with ProShop at another one of our facilities, recently completing the replacement of a dedicated maintenance software, vastly improving efficiencies and saving countless labor hours.
It is shocking how much more efficient our company is after implementing ProShop. We saved 25% on our overhead costs immediately and finished the first year of implementation with a conservative 300% ROI. We were up and running in only 30 days after using our old ERP system for 15 years. We subsequently have more than doubled in revenue with only 15% more staff. I would estimate we would need about 10 additional staff if we were still on our old system. Adion Systems has helped us completely change how our company is run. In the past 6 years we have been using ProShop it has never been down a single day.
