MORE THAN A PAYCHECK

Going to work every day should be about far more than bringing home a paycheck. It should be rewarding because you know you helped someone that day. You helped a company founder sleep easier that night because they could see a little better how they could unravel the mysteries of their own company.

HELPING PEOPLE

At Adion Systems, we are in the business of helping people and companies reach their highest potential with our software solutions. We do it through deep engagement with our customers – on the shop floor and in the office.

INNOVATION

Because over a brainstorming session with a customer you designed a new interface or dashboard that would allow that customer unprecedented understanding to a persistent problem.

DISTRUPTING THE INDUSTRY

Partnering decades of shop experience with the very latest thinking in computer coding and software development to create disruptive solutions to age-old problems. You’d think it would have been done before now, but it hasn’t…so we are doing it today. If this sounds better than your daily grind, connect with us today. We think you’ll like it.

MEET THE TEAM

Zach - Implementation Specialist

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: My professional passions revolve around a central desire to help others. In manufacturing, I’ve found the greatest reward in identifying obstacles that prevent people from being successful at a given task and creating processes to remove those obstacles in the future.
Q: What made you want to join ProShop?
A: My first reaction to using ProShop as a machinist, coming from a paper based shop, was that ProShop was in many ways a dream come true. At the time I had only cracked the surface of the true potential of the software which I am still uncovering to this day. When the opportunity presented itself to join the ProShop family and help others learn how to use the software, I was stoked.
Q: If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
A: There are currently human beings on Earth who do not have access to clean drinking water. I would change that.

Mark - Front End / UI Developer

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: I like playing airsoft and archery.
Q: What made you want to join ProShop?
A: I joined ProShop because of their amazing team and overwhelming team support. Also a superb job opportunity.
Q: If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
A: If I could change one thing about the world, it would either be stopping global warming or having hoverboards or teleportation devices to travel which will also reduce global warming.

Emily - Executive Assistant

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: My professional passion is customer service and being helpful. I find such enjoyment and happiness when I have made someone’s life easier for them. Outside of work my passions include drinking iced coffees no matter what the season, yoga, and walking to the beach with my dog Archi.
Q: What made you want to join ProShop?
A: What made me want to join ProShop is how diverse the company is. It is very humbling to know that ProShop encourages women and women/people of colour in the tech industry. I also love how supportive and welcoming the ProShop team is.
Q: If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
A: If I could change one thing it would be that every person in the world have access to food, clean water, and doctors.
Q: If you had unlimited funds, what would you do with your time?
A: If I had unlimited funds I would travel the world! I love that travelling can introduce you to so many new experiences that expand your knowledge, creativity, mind, and personal growth. The next place I would love to travel to is Africa or anywhere in Europe.

Travis - Sales

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: Building relationships with customers that are long lasting. I enjoy selling because it gives me the ability to speak with and meet people I’d never have the chance to otherwise.
Q: What made you want to join ProShop? Or what do you love about ProShop?
A: The team aspect was huge. Everyone helping everyone is something I can definitely get behind and appreciate. I also like the size and ability to grow with a company. Knowing that I can help ProShop grow overtime is very exciting.
Q: If you had unlimited funds, what would you do with your time?
A: Travel with my family, hunt, fish and be anywhere in the outdoors.

Ben - IT/DevOps

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: My passion lies somewhere between the software, and the hardware that it runs on. I believe in bridging the gap between engineers and operations via fast, reliable tooling, and building services that are both performant and cost effective. Even though I now spend more time in the operational layer, I’m a software engineer at heart and my favourite languages are Golang & Ruby.

Q: What made you want to join ProShop? Or what do you love about ProShop?
A: Ever since my first interview it was clear that ProShop is the team for me, a small but growing team with a very talented passionate team, an impressive tech stack, and an exciting trajectory. I’m excited for all the challenges that lay ahead.
Q: If you could change one thing about the world what would it be?
A: That every child had equal access to the same level of healthcare, education, technology and information regardless of where they grow up.

Daniel - Sales

A: Greed

Heather - Ops

Q: What are your professional passions and interests?
A: I am most excited about learning new skills and new ways to help improve.
Q: What made you want to join ProShop? Or what do you love about ProShop?
A: The reason I wanted to join ProShop is because of the strong positive culture the team has built. I have seen so much encouragement and human-centered business ideals in the posts on LinkedIn, and from word of mouth (Lacey!). And then to see it all in action during the interview process was such a strong confirmation that this is where I want to be. Now that I’m here, I am reminded each day that I am incredibly fortunate to be part of the team! As for the software, although I am still learning its ins and outs, I can see how powerful this one tool is. I wish I’d had it during my manufacturing experiences!
Q: If you had unlimited funds, what would you do with your time?
A: I’ve often thought about what I’d do if I ever won the lottery. The main point of all of those thoughts were ways to give back and take care of each other. I would love to start scholarships/organizations that target promotion of women, performing artists, teachers, and LGBTQ youth. I’d also probably foster as many of the children as they’d let me! That last one is something I’d like to do anyways, but I’ll have to keep it to a reasonable number.
